Today, we’re excited to share a detailed and honest review from a U.S.-based solar enthusiast known as OutlawSolar, who posted his experience on a public forum after receiving and installing his 15kWh vertical battery system from Docan USA.

✅ Real Unboxing: Bolted Cells, Neat Wiring, Easy to Maintain

OutlawSolar emphasized that the battery pack he received features bolted LiFePO4 cells, not welded ones. This is a key advantage for long-term maintenance and repairs.

“It’s a bolted cell design (see photos), which is a huge selling point. Welding makes repairs nearly impossible for most users.”

✅ Smart BMS System: Bluetooth + WiFi, Easy Parameter Control

The pack comes with a smart BMS system that supports both Bluetooth and WiFi connections. Using the "BMS Insight" app, the user was able to monitor and adjust settings easily — similar to JK BMS in terms of UI and functionality.“The BMS app is very intuitive, and Amy provided me with all the passwords and tools (EMStool, manual, app). Way more helpful than other vendors I’ve dealt with.”

✅  Excellent Cell Matching & Performance

Cell voltage consistency out of the box was also impressive.

Max cell voltage difference on arrival: 26mV

Max difference after charging to 50%: 7mV

 This indicates strong factory balancing and quality control.

✅ Honest Service, No Hidden Costs

When asked if the dual-level upright structure and the balancing board were extra-cost add-ons, OutlawSolar clarified:

“Two levels, upright with vents facing up. The balancer is standard — no extra cost.The shipment arrived as promised. Communication with Amy was smooth and professional throughout the process.”

Final Thoughts from the Customer :

This experience was far better than with other Chinese vendors. Docan provided everything I needed — software, manuals, passwords. The build quality is excellent, and the system works exactly as expected. Highly recommended.
