We’ve got a cool story to share from one of our awesome customers in Yemen who picked up our LiFePO4 Battery Pack for his solar setup. It’s all about how we helped him out and why he decided to come back for more!
A Little Inverter Trouble
Our friend in Yemen paired our battery pack with a inverter from another brand. After setting it up, he ran into a small hiccup—he wasn’t sure how to get the settings just right. On March 23, 2025, he dropped us a message on WhatsApp, asking how to pick the right inverter settings and if he needed to tweak anything on the battery screen. Totally get it—mixing brands can sometimes be tricky with stuff like wrong battery types or DIP switch settings throwing things off.
We’ve Got Your Back!
We jumped in to help, telling him to set the inverter to "COMBAT LV" mode with the battery DIP setting on 6, and that he didn’t need to mess with the battery screen. It was the weekend, so we let him know we’d double-check with our engineer buddies and get back to him by Monday. The next day, he was all smiles, messaging us “so far so good!” with a cute heart emoji. Love that!
He Came Back for More!
With his system running smoothly, our customer was super happy with the battery pack and our support. So happy, in fact, that on April 9, 2025, he reached out to grab another one! He even mentioned his last order had just arrived the day before. We’re so stoked to have won his trust and can’t wait to keep helping him with his energy goals.
